Nature Derma is a women-focused premium skincare brand of Wow Skin Science. Nature Derma offers an expansive range of body care items, including scrubs, gels, butters, polishes, salts, and moisturisers. After we moved them out of their existing Shopify store to a custom built website, we knew we had to create exceptional user experiences to improve conversions.

We used the capabilities of Open AI LLM model and created embeddings of product data powered by the backend infrastructure. Query was matched with the product data to fetch the relevant results on the search bar. Use case based search became much more intuitive for users on the website. Users with intent started searching with a broader horizon. Search click through rates increased by 25%. With related search results coming into picture via semantic, users are now able to discover products for search queries for which they were left off with no results initially. With this, the user experience improved and cross selling of related products shot up while increasing the average order value.
