They recognised that customer experience play a huge role for a D2C brand, and they are determined to improve the existing experience for their customers and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
At the core of this objective is to streamline warranty management and provide easy access to essential warranty information for all of their customers' purchased products. Our Team at DevX implemented a custom logic to send users a dedicated link on their registered email and phone number as soon as they complete a purchase.
Moreover we also implemented a warranty tab within the user dashboard for customers to review the warranties associated with their order history. The dedicated link takes them to a user-friendly page where they can view a comprehensive list of all their purchased products, their warranty status, and the expiration date of each warranty to eliminate any potential confusion or inconvenience associated with managing warranties.
The functionality for this innovation leverages a backend hosted on AWS, incorporating custom logic. This not only streamlines warranty management but also offers a hassle-free experience for users, ensuring they have all their warranty details at their fingertips.
