Their product line includes cutting-edge Sleep mattresses, pillows, bedding and sleep accessories tailored precisely to improve the sleep quality of individuals. For product lines with high AOV like this, impulse buying takes a backseat.
Wishlist feature becomes a very important aspect of converting user’s down the journey. With limited capabilities of Shopify, DevX team built and implemented custom wishlist features that replaced the generic wishlist to cater to brand requirements.
The objective was to create a robust and user-friendly system that lets customers add products to a personal wishlist. This feature was custom made and it leveraged an advanced backend hosted on AWS to send tailored email and text messages to users who added a particular product to their list. These messages included personalised offer campaigns and price drop notifications, creating a highly personalised experience.
With the custom wishlist implemented, the admins have the ability to set custom discounts and offers for products from their dashboard which can be sent to the potential customers with those particular products in their wishlist.
This simple technique helped boost sales by incentivising customer’s buying decision with offer and discounts.
